MAKING CHRISTMAS POSSIBLE FOR NEARLY 500 FAMILIES NORTH PORTLAND

WHO: Families in North Portland and The Salvation Army

WHAT: Nearly 500 families will walk through The Salvation Army's Toy Shop with dignity as parents pick toys and stocking stuffers out for their kids. Then more than 200 families will go through the food pantry.

WHEN: Wednesday, December 18 from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

WHERE:  5325 N Williams Ave, Portland, OR 97217

WHY: The gifts in this Toy Shop will help make Christmas possible for families who otherwise might not have anything for Christmas.Throughout the season, The Salvation Army has been collecting toys graciously donated by Portlanders and organizations in the Portland Metro area, through their Angel Tree program. The time has finally come to give these toys out, and help make Christmas possible to families in need.
